Stakt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stakt Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the browser extension for personal, non-commercial use
• Access and use our website
• Create one account per user

5.3 Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. By using Stakt, you grant us a license to:

• Store your offer data to provide the service
• Sync your data across your devices
• Use anonymized data to improve our products

6. Third-Party Services

Stakt interacts with third-party services, including:

• Bank websites - We read offer data only when you're logged in
• Supabase - Our database and authentication provider
• Payment processors - For future premium features

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to bank websites that affect our functionality
• Third-party service outages or errors
• Content or practices of third-party sites

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Offer data will be accurate or complete
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Banks may change, remove, or modify offers at any time without notice. Always verify offer details directly with your bank before making purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakt Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Bank disputes or transaction issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used only free services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stakt Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or transmit through the service

10. Changes to Terms
